About Me

I am a facilitator, strategist, and experience designer with nearly 20 years of cross-sector experience in the public, private, and philanthropic sectors, including consulting, higher education, international development, and community nonprofits. Skilled at blending strategic facilitation, experiential learning, and human-centered design, I help leaders, teams, and stakeholders foster genuine connection, unlock fresh perspectives, build collaboration, and translate vision into action.
Grounded in psychology and sociology (Queen’s University) and a Master’s in Transformative Leadership (Saint Paul University – University of Ottawa), my practice draws on evidence-based insights from adult education, design thinking, group dynamics, and inclusive practices. This combination of practical experience and scholarly grounding allows me to design engagements that are both deeply engaging and strategically effective — bringing structure and creativity in equal measure.
I’m known for making complex conversations approachable, engaging groups with warmth and clarity, and guiding people toward strategies they can actually use. Whether designing a workshop, facilitating stakeholder engagement, or helping a team align on priorities, I draw on a broad toolkit of participatory methods that spark insight, encourage equitable contribution, and are always tailored to the people in the room.
